热入血室 heat invades the blood chamber
病名。出东汉张仲景《伤寒论》。指妇女在经期或产后，感受外邪，邪热乘虚侵入血室，热与血相搏所出现的病征。症见下腹部或胸胁下硬满，寒热往来无定时，偶有昼神志清醒，夜则谵语，神志异常等。此病类似现代医学之月经期综合征、月经周期性精神障碍。治宜小柴胡汤加减。
