角色地位 status
亦译为“身份”。林顿(Linton，R．)把角色地位分为两种意义，他认为地位是指社会上的地位而言，是权利与责任的集合。角色是地位的活动方面。当权利与责任发生效果时，即成为扮演的角色。故角色地位是指人在社会中能够实施权利与责任的地位。
