绩效外奖赏 non-performance awards
职工因具有某种特殊表现而被授予的各种形式的奖赏，如全勤奖、风格奖等。有时职工也会得到虽与生产任务无关但同组织发展有关的各种奖赏，如关心车间、帮助同事等。
