欣快症 euphoria
在器质性精神病时出现的病态愉快心境。病人自觉良好，感到十分满意，没有忧愁和烦恼，总是乐呵呵的。对疾病无自知力。由于智能障碍的影响，病人行为粗鲁轻率，盲目乐观，诙谐戏谑，但缺乏机敏，给人以呆傻愚蠢的感觉。多见于脑动脉硬化性精神病、老年性痴呆及麻痹性痴呆等。
