角色协调 role consistency
亦称“角色的职责协调”。指个体在了解了各种角色期望之后所表现出来的系列化的、一致性的角色表现。角色协调有利于扮演多种不同的角色和达到角色适称。但由于社会文化差异和人们对同一种角色往往会有几种不同的角色期望，或社会对角色期望不明确时，就会出现角色不协调，即所谓的角色冲突。
