非正式限制生产 informal restrictiion
非正式群体对其成员的生产指标或定额的限制，即不准超出大家约定的界限。一旦有人工作效率太高，大家无法跟上，他就会被称为“速率突破者”而受到大家的制裁。非正式限制生产是员工社交需要超过金钱需要的有形表现，即员工之间更重视关系。但研究表明，产生这种现象还有其他原因，如恐惧管理部门减少奖金等。
