症状替换 symptom substitution
一种新的症状取代已被治疗消除的症状，这种现象就叫症状替换。如癔症病人经治疗可消除存在的视野狭窄现象，但不久可能产生下肢不能行走的新症状。心理动力学派认为，这是由于并没有挖掘出根源所致；病人的内心冲突不能得到疏泄，从而以一种新的形式表现出来。
