【简介】：
对外电报是开始外事活动的重要内容之一，是外事业务的重要组成部分，它用于国际之间的信息传递，问题意见交换，涉及的内容范围很广，包括贺电、致敬电，感谢电等等的对外电报。
对外电报一般由标题、上款、正文和下款组成。
(一)标题 一般由四因素组成，一是发电人，包括发电人的国家、发电人职务等，二是事由，三是收电人，四是文体，即“电报”或“电”。
(二)上款 写收电人的地址，收电人职务，收电人姓名，对收电人的尊称。
(三)正文 写该电交涉的问题，传达的信息，联系的事宜等。
(四)下款 写发电人的签署，包括发电人国家名称、职务、姓名、发电时间、地点。

展品运输(新港至东京港)，将委托中国对外贸易运输公司北京市分公司；日本国内运输(东京港至都立产业贸易中心)，委托哪家公司待定。
请帮助了解下述情况
1．日本海关和有关机构及法律对在日本举办外国展览，以及展品、纪念品、食品销售有何规定，有否可能减免某些手续和给予优惠。
2．展品如提前两周左右运抵东京港，能否直接运至东京都立产业贸易中心存放。
3．东京都立产业贸易中心附近有否能同时接待近百人，且房费不太贵的旅馆或公寓。

1．Beijing Economic and Trade Exhibition
The shipment of exhibits(Xingang Harbour to Tokyo Harbour)will be consigned to the Beijing Branch of China External Trade Transport Corporation．The consignee for the transport of exhibits within Japan(Tokyo Harbour to Metropolitan Industrial and Trade Center)is yet to be determined．
Please help us get information on：
(1)．Regulations worked out by the Japanese Customs and other relevant institutions or provisions of law concerning foreign exhibitions in Japan and the sale of exhibits，souvenirs and foodstuff．Also any possibility of preferential treatment and exemption from certain formalities．
(2)．Whether the exhibits can be transported directly to and stockpiled in the Metropolitan Industrial and Trade Center in case they arrive at the Tokyo Harbour about two weeks before the official opening of the exhibition．
(3)．whether it is possible to find some inexpensive hotels or apartments near the Center that can accommodate about 100 people at one time．
Information on the above questions can be given upon arrival in Tokyo of the Beijing Delegation for the celebration of the tenth anniversary of sister-cities relations．
2．1 989 Beij ing Spring Festival Marathon
Due to its rescheduling，the race has accordingly changed its previous name of“Beijing Spring Festival Around-the-city Race’’to“Beijing Spring Around-the-city Race”．The date has been set at 26 March 1989．Details of the race are to be found in the ap-pendix．
