原纸纸机流送系统的设计原则

要保证原纸纸机生产原纸的横幅纸页定量以及运行中纸页纵向定量的稳定，除了纸机上要配备有反馈的闭环的定量／水分仪系统外，对湿部从成浆存浆池至纸机流浆箱的“流送系统”要注意以下设计原则：
(1)磨浆成浆池至纸机存浆池之间要有纸浆浓度自动调节仪；从＃1纸机存浆池至运行使用中的＃2纸机存浆池要有纸浆浓度自动调节仪。
(2)所有的水管、浆管系统要注意做到流量的满管设计，还有管线的横向行走的水平及浆液、水、白水系统的出液“落脚点”，采取措施，消除气泡产生。
(3)打浆机存浆池泵入纸机存浆池，又从纸机存浆池进入调节箱的成浆，前者要有液位控制，后者要有相应精度的流量设定控制，加入湿端的化学品要有流量控制系统及浓度恒定措施。
(4)纸机前的精浆机(machine Jondan)要有高位箱溢流控制，务使精浆机适量与灌满。
(5)调节箱内用以稀释浆料的白水要有设定流量的控制仪。
(6)进入除渣器群的泵前设有液位恒定的稀释池。
(7)每段除渣池有液位恒定控制仪。
(8)进入纸机压力筛、流浆箱的进料泵要附有泵压波动补偿装置。
(9)高速纸机除渣器群附有除气装置，进入流浆箱前无论使用除渣器与否的机台进入纸机经过的浆流都要有除气装置(Deairetor)及浆流脉冲衰弱装置(Impulse Compensator)。
(10)纸机侧白水塔(或槽)，白水进入前是稀、浓分流，进入塔上部时开始混合，并有塔顶溢流系统。
